I go to Crystal at the south common location every 314 weeks religiously. She is absolutely amazing. She’s friendly, passionate and cares about her work. I’ve been going to her for years and will likely never stop. Please don’t retire Crystal. I need you. lol. The staff at the front are always friendly as well. If I have one negative comment it’s the lighting. Although the place was renovated not long ago the lighting is poor. Crystal rocks!

It was my first hot shave and it was wonderful. They are really busy and I had a hard time getting an appointment but it was well worth the 3 hour and 20 minute wait.

I called around 6:45pm to see if someone was able to fit me in for a haircut. Brandon was able to get me in at 7pm!

Would like to comment that I used to book on line however these last few months been required to call in. I go through the process on the website however once completed stages there is an error message. At that point I am required to phone for confirmation when clicking the confirm to book. Not a big deal but would be nice to use the website as it is provided.
Shop very well maintained, old school barbershop feel! To top it off, staff was very polite and professional.
Next, Gabe who attended to me was Outstanding, displayed professionalism and courtesy that made it all worth while.

The staff were very friendly and super welcoming the lady who did my hair was super amazing made me super comfortable and relaxed and explained everything she did or asked if she could do stuff to make my hair cut better and get me the full experience on the service kiddos to her for yhst
Eric did a great job with my 2yr old’s haircut. My son is not a fan of getting haircuts, but Eric is patient and the haircut looks really good.
Even though the brand is marketed, mostly for males. As a female, I enjoyed being able to go there and get my haircut. The way I want it. The Hair Dresser got me in in a timely manner, and having him shampoo. My hair was a great luxury.
