When you walk in your greeted promptly and friendly. The atmosphere is nice. Often you can get in fairly easy without waiting except at peak hours. Hairstlyist is always friendly and does a great job at cutting my hair. And if I want a complimentary deink when i leave its there for the choosing. I little on the pricey side in comparison to other barbers ive visiited but Tommy Guns is franchise and usually in prime locations so its reasonable.

I was completely surprised on how quickly I was able to get in. Super friendly staff and very professional.

I enjoy the small extra services that Tommy Gun's (drink, hot towel), but my barber is the best of the best. Kayla is extremely collaborative, personable, and makes sure to make me feel comfortable to ask for changes. She explains every change or question I have about hair, and checks in along every step to make sure I leave there with a haircut I love. And I love it every time.

The other staff are very friendly and easy to reach on the phone, and the environment is clean and well-maintained.

Friendly staff, great location, clean and we love the decor and feel of the Barber Shop. My son always has a great hair cut and big smile after his visit. The fun vintage fridge and pop afterwards adds to the great experience!

During my hair washing, my stylist delivered a highly relaxing scalp massage with precise and steady hands, ensuring no nicks or cuts while shaving my neck. She applied a generous amount of moisturizer, and her styling and execution precisely matched my requests. Additionally, she maintained a conversation level that aligned with my own.

Checking in was easy and clear. Stylist was friendly and helpful. Cut for my son was good.

Fantastic job all around by all staff

Kate has been my best experience at this location so far. Her ability to listen and ask follow up questions clarified what type of hair cut I needed. I was going out that night so the length had to be perfect to stand/spike with a slight curl. I showed pictures of perfect length and two alternate styles. Her hair cutting techniques and warm nature put my nerves at ease. Kate did a perfect going out tonight style and beard trim.

Great service

I had a haircut approximately three weeks earlier than to another shop. Was not happy. My hair was longer, and I just wanted a clean-up trim. After three weeks, I was still not happy with it. I called Tommy's up and made an appointment with Fernando. He was fantastic. I actually got my hair cut very short. It's not what I thought I was going to do, but it's what I decided going in through the door. Fernando was great, I just showed him an older picture of me, and I said he's the artist and to go ahead. I am very happy with the cut and the style. Thank you Fernando!
