The best haircut I got in my life
I am a repeat Customer so I enjoy getting my haircut at your locations. However, if you’re interested in feedback, you should be asking for both positive and negative feedback. The only negative feedback I have is that your app does not work properly. I do like to be able to book the haircut before I arrive in the store. But the app doesn’t seem to work nor does anyone know how to make it work when I’m at your various locations. I have been told that I’m not the only one that finds the app is not working properly.

It’s always been a good experience when going here. The haircuts are always on point, and the hot towel at the end is really nice. I’ve always had really good service at the hillside location

Great place to go get a cut , and they offer so much more than that . From the barbers who cut , to the people who run the front desk , there always smiling and going above and beyond to make you feel comfortable there . My 7 year old son didn't like going anywhere to get his hair cut . Our neighbour's recommended Tommy Guns . My son now looks forward to going there . They have comfortable chairs, multiple tvs to watch , tablets to scroll on, and even a freaking pacman arcade game . To top off all these things they do to make the place comfortable. They offer you drinks , they have a fridge full of drinks. Tommy Guns gets 5stars no doubt about it

All in all, an excellent experience.
Really gentle handling of hair. If you ask them to give a haircut that is suitable for your face, they give a really nice haircut. It changes with who is serving you but all of them are good. They also keep record of what kind of haircut you got last time in case you want to repeat the last one
