Hairdresser listened carefully to what I wanted. He was friendly and worked fast. Salon was clean. Offered a drink. Advised possible wait time. All round professional, yet relaxed.

The barbers listen to what I want and cut my hair to my specifications. I also like the extras you get at Tommy Guns, such as the shampoo and scalp massage. I find the whole experience very relaxing .
