My son is 16 months old and has Down Syndrome. Britt was fantastic with him! She took her time and introduced the feel of the clippers to him. She adjusted her cutting as he moved and turned to hug me. He didn't cry once - which is a first.

Mike was awesome. My 3 year old was so comfortable and relaxed during the haircut that he fell asleep! Mike was still able to finish cutting his hair and did a great job too. We had a great experience. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!

The service was excellent. My son is 2 years old and when we arrived, the built in mirror TV was already playing cartoons for him, we were greeted so kindly by the stylist- he got down to my sons level and was patient with him.
Throughout the experience, the hair stylist would chat with my son and stop when he needed a break. I didn’t feel rushed, or overwhelmed. I felt completely supported by the staff. I cannot express enough how well we were treated. I will certainly be back!!

I have been going to this location since it opened in Emerald Hills. I did like the old look with the brick style, and the recent renovations have given it a modernized look, which I like. I use the app/check-in process is great. Being the same barber, Holly, consistently. She is awesome - engaging, able to interpret what I am asking, makes a suggestion if I’m going off course. Price is reasonable and it’s a great haircut.
