Great services but important the hair cut style is what I asked for, that’s difficult to find. The scalp massage is nice & shampoo smells relaxing.

The Lady who cut my hair was very pleasant, and showed me a way I could cut my hair I’d never tried and if I didn’t like it we could still go the way I always do, but she did convince me and glad she did, from the greeting to the exit she was great

First name removed is an amazing employee who has a 100% focus on a great customer experience. I have never had such a good haircut encounter than I did recently. Not sure how your business model works but I think that he would be a great business manager of one of your franchises. If he were to lead and teach others to perform as he does ………… you would see countless responses like this one! Trust what I say, as I am a business manager and First name removed is someone who I would want to work for me!
