The staff , welcoming coming in , but particularly Luis had been in for a year he remembered my face rite away , wow !!! Customer service with a smile what a novel idea more places should seriously think about this!! Luis is a great guy lots of good chat and laughs & bonus an awesome hair cut and shave . We were.able to get a walking appointment on a Sunday very easily. The stylist asked about what my son wanted for his cut and he showed pictures. The stylist talked.it over woth him and the results were exactly what he was hoping for.

Stylist was incredible. Took my nephew in for a cut and she was so precise and patient with him. She was kind, engaging and funny and we got in right away. We have taken him a few times to this location and will continue to do so because it’s worth it every time
Lotis is fantastic. She pays attention to a lot of little details that make me look better when I come out of there. Probably the best haircuts and beard trims I've ever had.
There was also a good, friendly tone from the staff in general towards customers but also towards each other. I changed barbers because the tone changed at the last place and I find it difficult to support a place where people aren't happy working.
