I was pleasantly surprised when I had to get my haircut by another person when my former barber had left. That person was Lily and she was a new recent haircutter and I was a little nervous about letting her cut my hair. Well, she belayed my fears quickly by her efficiency and professionalism. She did a great job and now I have another personal barber! Kudos to your training and operational procedures!

I like Tommy Guns because no appointment is required days ahead. The hair dressers are quick and professional. Unlike other barber shops, Tommy Guns will wash/dry my hair and ask if I want gel or other products. I will always go to Tommy Guns and recommend anyone including my friends to go there.

The staff are friendly and I use the same barber all of the time. I can choose this person ahead of time when I'm checking in with the app. The shop is always neat and tidy. The cut is finished in a timely fashion. I always enjoy the conversation I have, and most importantly, my hair looks great!
