Great price for movie tickets and great prices on snacks and food as well
It was great! Everyone was super friendly and nice.
Even though this a small theater it is our go to spot for movies. I am glad they are finally giving it a much needed makeover and look forward to many more years at NW14.

On September 23, 2018 at approximately 2:35 pm I waited in line at the box office behind a woman. The woman asked the box office employee if a movie was showing to which the employee respectfully answered the movie was not showing. The woman became irate, yelled and used foul language (such as “f*cking and sh*t) towards the employee. The irate woman then left the location without purchasing a ticket. Yet the employee remained calm and courteous. When it became my turn to purchase a ticket, the employee was equally courteous to me. As the box office employee, the employee always sets the tone for my entire visit. I did not get the employee’s name but my receipt said “Chanelle”. Please commend this person for her professionalism and courtesy in the face of inappropriate behavior from an irate person. This employee made my experience very comforting.
I like the extravaganza prices... they really help for single parents on a budget
One of the few remaining theatres you can go to last second on a whim and get a good seat, because it doesn’t have assigned seating.
We love the friendly atmosphere and the nicest staff. We have been coming here for years.
I prefer to go to see movies earlier in the day before families and teens arrive. It's a nice and quiet environment, comfortable and cozy enough to be able to get in and out.

Santikos employees are always friendly and courteous esp. at NW 14 Theatres. I've only encountered one employee there, an older gentleman, who was a bit rude & seemed rushed even though there wasn't a lot of people. But everyone has a bad day. All in all, kelp up the great work!
We went for the free popcorn tuesdays promotion and loved it. Please continue doing things like this.

Santikos Northwest 14 has given me a lot of fond great memories for myself, loved ones and family. It's an institution and I always love how intimate and nice it is. The popcorn is fresh and hot and the place is clean. Northwest 14 is a great classic theatre.

The manager Joel was very kind and made our experience a great one. It's not easy having 3 kids to manage, but he was patient and even cracked a couple jokes . Anyone who has kids knows how stressful it can be and his humor and kind spirit were a fresh of breath air. Thank you
