The whole experience at santikos is always amazing

I love this theater so much. Staff doesn't micromanage you and they usually stay on top of everything(this was like the ONE time they ran out something(butter in the popcorn machine but who cares because that like once In a blue moon!)) and might I add, this is the most comfortable theater to be in as all screenings come with recliners! This will always be my go to theater, especially with their pricing!

We love the endless fill your own popcorn and soda machines.

I like the Santikos app bc I can use Apple Pay. However, i do not like that I cannot buy at the Santikos concession with tap or Apple Pay.

This place is totally a hidden gem compared to the usual spots. The screens and sound quality here are seriously top-notch, maybe even a little better than some of the bigger names.Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a great movie experience. You won't be disappointed with what they offer.

Northwest Theater has been part of my Movie Life since I was a child. It has been and remains to be my Favorite and go to theater to visit, now with my own family. I shared some feedback previously as I want Northwest to remain as Best as it can forever, F O R E V E R. I was then contacted by email by General Manager Adam for Northwest Theater regarding my feedback. In his response he addressed my feedback with the actions that would be taken to ensure the Theater experience there at Northwest remains great. I appreciate the time he took to respond in a friendly positive manner that made me feel heard and closer to Northwest. It is something new for me as I rarely ever provide feedback or have gotten such a positive response back. I thank him very much and look forward to my next visit.

Quick Snack Pick up and Nice Seating

I like that everyone's so friendly. It seems like a great place to work where everyone gets along. The whole experience is always nice from when you get in to when you leave.

I like the accessibility to the seats, the choice to pour my own drinks and popcorn, the staff is great and the lines are maintained. The atmosphere is equal parts modern and nostalgic. The facilities are clean, the sound and picture are great, and the prices are great. Have been going to this location for more than 20 years and will always go back if it maintains this aesthetic.
