We had bought tickets and 1 1/2 before the showing we had to cancel due to a family emergency. Requested the cancelled and refund, and within minutes refund was back in my account. Been using Santikos for years now..
I love the points and rewards system.

Santikos Northwest is my "go to" Theater 😁 I go there every single week and thoroughly enjoy Mary (Manager) and her staff, the cleanliness of the theaters and bathrooms, and the fact that I'm supporting Local San Antonio Charities by supporting Santikos 🤠 Thank You Santikos !!!
