Northwest is our favorite theater. We always have excellent customer service. The attendants are very helpful and have great attitudes.
The theaters are clean and the popcorn is fresh.

My friends and I have started a seniors Tuesday movie club because the price is so good and the theaters aren’t crowded! Thank you for making it easy for people our age to attend movies.

Northwest theater manager was very rude. I walked in and asked her how is she doing and how her day was and I was just ignored. Even her employees were surprised on how she was acting.

I like the Santiko's NW theaters because all theaters have recliners, the theaters are clean, the free refills on popcorn and drinks, and the staff are nice.
