It had been quite some time since I last viewed a movie at Northwest. My wife and I were very pleased with the new seats and the space between the rows of seats. The theatre is very clean and the staff very courteous. We plan to continue going there.

It’s so nice !! The new upgrade towards this theatre is amazing. Drive 20 miles from my home just to come here !!
The theater is really nice now and I love how I don’t have to wait in line for popcorn and there is a spot to sit and wait if you are early for your movie or just need to take a minute with a misbehaving child.
The Northwest 14 theatres is great. Love the remodel. Seats are too comfortable. Sometimes, if the movie is a little slow, you can hear people snoring around you.
Don't like the design of the butter dispenser. Not enough Room to move a bag or tub around. the butter is concentrated in center of popcorn. Will have to fill up a cup and pour the butter around.
Other than that, everything is great.

new seating...new concessions. I've always liked Northwest because of the matinee between 4-6pm and I'm not happy about that going away....I have a household of 6 so going to the movies is expensive for me.
I do have to say that all of the automation and limited staff has made it VERY easy for someone to literally just walk in and see a movie for free..these last couple of visits, no one has checked for my tickets that I purchased through atom, I could have just walked in and gone straight in to the theater even if I had not bought a ticket. I think that is a real money loser for your company and you should re-think that.
