I've always loved this theater but even more now with all the renovations. The staff has always been extremely friendly and inviting.

The staff was very nice and the popcorn machine was really awesome! Being able to pour your own popcorn was a game changer.

However, this has nothing to do with this particular location. But I haven’t been able to buy tickets online through my rewards and I have been considering looking for different rewards program if this doesn’t get fixed soon.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The friendly service and how the popcorn is self served, which has pros and cons. Pros being how you’re able to serve yourself to your liking and it’s quicker. Cons being how it can get messy and have popcorn all over the floor. However, I enjoy going to Northwest 14 and have been going for over 8 years and is my go-to theater!

The reclining seats are comfortable. Theater was clean and did not smell. Movie played without interruption. Sound quality was excellent.

Our family LOVES santikos! The santikos app makes purchasing tickets very easy, plus the reward program is great for us because we visit so many times. We love the snacks, seating and service!

I like santikos because it is welcoming. I wish they had corn bites at all locations since I moved but it's still nice atmosphere and pricing. Food better than drafthouse but that is my opinion

I've been going to Northwest 14 for years! It's my favorite theater. I did really enjoy the $5 between 4-6 pricing, bummer it's gone. However, I really like the quaint smallness. It's less hectic than other theaters both inside and outside. It's comfortable to me. It's like a little hidden gem.
