I like You can serve your own popcorn and put has much better as you want I like the seats the atmosphere is nice and relaxing and the employees there were very nice and helpful
We enjoyed all the new renovations. However, we as older clients don't always understand technology, like the self serve ticket machines. It would be VERY NICE if you'd keep one register open for ticket sales w/a "real person " for your older clientele. Just a thought.

Love the inside remodel! Please repave the parking lot soon and paint/remodel the outside to match the gorgeous inside.
Seating was great, the sound and big screen too. No long lines at 4:15 pm on a Friday.

i enjoyed the whole thing. i had never been so i thought when purchasing wow this will be a small room. we got tickets through the app. we walked in had a short wait getting tickets. walked back to the room really enjoyed the reclining seats. my kids were very comfortable. i went to get pop corn and was impressed and shocked by the pop corn machine .got snacks with no wait staf was helpful. we left happy.
Since you remodeled I enjoy the popcorn machine and the new seats as well as the food!

Every time I go to Santikos Northwest I have a wonderful experience! Purchasing tickets outside at the kiosk is super easy and convenient. Going inside to get refreshments is always enticing due to the savory smell of fresh popcorn and then always having an easy move to the assigned theatre. The seats at Santikos Northwest are recliners so they are SUPER comfy and great for all. I’m 5’1” and find it easy to fit comfortably just about anywhere but my boyfriend who is 6’4” only likes this particular theatre compared to others because of being comfortable in the seats with his size. We honestly have such a great experience every time! So thank you Santikos Northwest!!
