What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We enjoyed all the new renovations. However, we as older clients don't always understand technology, like the self serve ticket machines. It would be VERY NICE if you'd keep one register open for ticket sales w/a "real person " for your older clientele. Just a thought.

i enjoyed the whole thing. i had never been so i thought when purchasing wow this will be a small room. we got tickets through the app. we walked in had a short wait getting tickets. walked back to the room really enjoyed the reclining seats. my kids were very comfortable. i went to get pop corn and was impressed and shocked by the pop corn machine .got snacks with no wait staf was helpful. we left happy.

The staff are very cordial and friendly. The ticket takers are very friendly and always treat me like a friend. The seats are very comfortable and spacious, the theater screens are excellent. The theater as a whole is always kept clean.
