Ticket prices, renovations including seating, popcorn dispenser and high quality picture / sound. Northwest location has always been and continues to be a great value despite the slight ticket price increase which was expected.

The popcorn dispenser is our Favorite, the Seats are comfortable and Drinks are always flowing.

I absolutely love coming here! It’s my favorite movie theater, I won’t ever go anywhere else.

This is the first time we’ve been here in over 14 years. While the ticket prices were lower here it couldn’t compete against the amenities offered at the newer places. That is a thing of the past now thanks to the recent updates made to Santikos Northwest. The customer service was fantastic from the moment we arrived. We were tended to quickly when ordering snacks & the staff was very friendly. The updates made to the theater have made it modern without loosing the cozy feel. When we walked in to the movie an usher greeted us & offered to help us find our seats. I was looking forward to the recliner seats and row space & they did not disappoint. Then the manager came in before the movie started, welcomed us & let us know she & the staff would help us with anything we needed. All of that plus ease of access to the theater, the amount of parking & the lower prices added with the modern amenities have made this my go-to theater again. Please don’t change!

I love the new upgrade. I go at least once a week. MY kids and I love the fact that it's self serve. No more having to wait in the long lines just to get a refill. The seatings in the theater are way more better than they were before. overall the customer service is amazing and I highly recommended Northwest theater to my family friends and coworkers.

I like the recliners more leg room, unlimited popcorn and drinks. They are always clean

I Love the new upgrades that have been made to the theater. My kids and I appreciate the comfort of the new seats and convenience of reserving them in advance. Not to mention the concession stand self serve popcorn is perfect. I don't have to wait in line for a refill anymore. Great job on the new upgrades. Two thumbs up.
