Some great updates have been made to Santikos Northwest. Let everyone else go to bigger locations and fight the crowds. Here at Northwest the reclining seats are awsome, snack bar is eaily accessible and parking is never a problem.

I love how easy it is to use the rewards program and how fast rewards add up. I love the renovations done at the Northwest theater and the popcorn and soda stations. This is our favorite theater.

I always go to northwest 14. But on 6/01 me and sons went to see John wick 3 and had a bad experience. We had a couple see next to us after thr movie started because they sat in the wrong seat. They were talking the whole time. I went to complain because we couldn't even listen to the movie they wer loud and talking during the movie. If the movie got louder so dis they. No one ever came and did anything about it. Someone else that was sitting on the other side went to complain too and nothing was done. We didnt get to enjoy the movie until the last 25 mins. They for some weird reason got up and just left. They never really paid attention to the movie. I wanted to get a refund but there was really no one around. It was late movie so everyone is mostly gone. The movie at ended like 15 til 1am.
The price is still affordable for a family of 3, the new look that includes everything from sits to popcorn. Only thing a don’t like too much is that the popcorn sometimes feel old n not warm. But I love it, thank you

The new theaters are beautiful and the reclining seats are very comfortable. I love the self-service popcorn dispensers. They are a great way to allow patrons to get refills quickly and speed up concession lines.

Renovations are great
Every time I go to Santikos Northwest I have a wonderful experience! Purchasing tickets outside at the kiosk is super easy and convenient. Going inside to get refreshments is always enticing due to the savory smell of fresh popcorn and then always having an easy move to the assigned theatre. The seats at Santikos Northwest are recliners so they are SUPER comfy and great for all. I’m 5’1” and find it easy to fit comfortably just about anywhere but my boyfriend who is 6’4” only likes this particular theatre compared to others because of being comfortable in the seats with his size. We honestly have such a great experience every time! So thank you Santikos Northwest!!
It was a great experience. Me and my wife went out for one of the few nights we can alone and the experience was definely memorable. The sound was prefect and I love the recliners
