Super nicely renovated small theater. Loved it before but even better now. Easy to convince others to come here with low ticket prices and reclining seats. Not croweded like some other theaters; plenty of staff on-hand. Cashiers were friendly...good customer service.

I was sad the old look of the theater was gone but the new one is still very nice and I’m warming up to it the northwest14 theater is mine and my family favorite theater to go too. Friendly helpful workers and clean theater 👍🏼

Northwest continues to be our hidden gem. The experience of the larger venues is great but we love our newly updated theatre just fine.

It was clean, efficient, and I liked the recliner chairs. Do not expect to talk to any employees though. Almost everything is self-serve and automated.

The new remodeled theater is a lot better. The staff was super friendly and it appears that every seat in each theater is a good seat, since all seats recline. The added sliding tray helps a lot with the placement of your beverage and your snacks. You can self serve your popcorn or they can serve it for you. Overall it has been an excellent experience at this location. We've been back several times and have enjoyed all those times.
