The convienent access to the popcorn and drink for refill, I didn't have to stand in line or a line. Also the comfortable reclining chairs. The theater was clean spacious and pleasant. Also the manager helped me get my rewards started and I was able to use the rewards for my birthday. And I was able to pay for my items without my bank card physically because I forgot it in another purse, luckily I have all that information memorized.

Seating was comfortable and the lines moved quickly. Popcorn is always fresh and they have a good selection of snacks and food.
Short walk from my car to theater, quick service for snacks, self serve popcorn and sodas, new seats are awesome!!

The new seating has got to be the best thing to have happened to the Northwest 14 location. You can recline and there's plenty of room in front of you where the person walking in front is not going to bump into your recliner. On that same note, you do not have the issue of the person that is sitting behind you putting or touching the back of your seat. That in itself makes watching a movie 1000 times better!
The upgrade is awesome. I really like the self serve popcorn.
Buying my ticket and seat in advance on the app, the concessions are easy to get. What I don’t like is on the app it restricts you skipping a seat, if the theater is not sold out I don’t like being forced to sit next to someone.
