The remodel is awesome. Don’t particularly like that I couldn’t buy my seats on the App. It said that I couldn’t leave a seat empty but I only needed 4 seats and was not going to pay for 5. I was able to buy at the theater but that was risking there weren’t going to be any seats left together.

I love the new seats you’ve installed. I like the idea of self serve in the popcorn. I think it makes the line go by faster. Everyone seems to be very helpful and friendly.

The movie theater wasn't too crowded and they had midday specials that was affordable with the newest just released movies, they also had the soda fountain and popcorn machine out in the open so that we didn't have to wait in line behind the counter for assistance, it was the speedy convenience that I appreciateed it to get to our seats as quickly as possible Thank you

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I especially love going to Santikos Northwest Theatre, because the new high-tech seats are awesome for stretching your back, elevating your legs, and not having to worry about elbow room with your theatre neighbor! My friends and I used to have to “skip seats” between us, just to ensure a comfortable theatre experience; that’s no longer a problem with Northwest Santikos’s new high-tech seats. Congratulations on the great idea!

I used to like the old school theater look because it was one of the last original place to watch a movie but the new look and nice seats are awesome. Live the new self serve popcorn machine instead of waiting in line plus the employees and real friendly and very helpful. Keep up the great job guys.

Super nicely renovated small theater. Loved it before but even better now. Easy to convince others to come here with low ticket prices and reclining seats. Not croweded like some other theaters; plenty of staff on-hand. Cashiers were friendly...good customer service.
