The experience was awsome!!
I had been going to northwest theater ever since I was a baby grew up with the theater and have a lot of wonderful memories.
I hope it never goes away.
I was very pleased to see recliner seats and the self service popcorn and drink.
Very different to what other theaters have.
I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked in to the moment I left.
The staff were very polite and willing to help with ticket purchases and ANSWERING questions on the new set up.

Thank you for the face lift of my favorite movie theater you all are doing great.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

In my opinion, Northwest is the best Santikos theater. It is small. The self-serve popcorn and drinks are fast and convenient. The seats are the best. It is never crowded. And I even like their mini lounge and bar with the canned cocktails.

There is only one reason why I wouldn't recommend this theater and that is because I would not want it to become too crowded.

The staff are great, food is always good (love the text when your food is ready). We are happy we can purchase alcohol if we want.
