Had great customer service from the moment I walked in till the moment we walked out. Awesome customer service, not too mention the new upgrades in the theaters. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else.

Good clean facility and good staff. The only think that I would say that may be considered a criticism is that the aisle floors seem sticky sometimes.

My 2 favorite things about Santikos is the Rewards program and how easy it is to buy/reserve a seat online or on the app! The Northwest theatre renovations were great!
