Good clean facility and good staff. The only think that I would say that may be considered a criticism is that the aisle floors seem sticky sometimes.

I dont know about other Satikos locations, but we love Northwest 14. Being able to self serve your own popcorn, add your own butter and more importantly the amazing taste of popcorn. Also hooked on the pizza's and like the self serving drink refills and choices like vitamin water. Prices are reasonable/affordable and feel we get value for what we purchase here unlike many other places. Everyone is always helpful and if I want to purchase tickets inside at the register, I can.

My family and I dont go anywhere else now, but this location. Santikos also seems to be one of the few theatre chains that offers a really good reward program. We use to be Alamo Drafthouse fans, but their reward program sucks, tickets and food got way to expensive + food quality went way down and dont like the seats.
