Very friendly and courteous staff even when you are not interacting with them. The facilities are very clean except the bathrooms need a little more care.

I was great to have to come back to the Northwest location. I stop going because of the inconsideration. I have been coming a few times with friends and family. I stop going because the food was gross and the pop corn was stale the jalapenos a little bit to ripe for the price and the movie rooms nasty and dirty.

So now going back and finding out that the way we fix our own popcorn and drinks and butter is very cool and very well set up. I have to say that I love the idea so yes I will voice my opinion and give northwest a 10 and will be returning.

Thanks for finely having me come back.

I love coming to the movies and free is always good. I am a loyal member.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The new drink dispensers are disgusting. The multiflavored single pour spout is a bad choice. The drinks are all combined by design flaw giving the taste of unsavory flavor. This is why I and my family do not purchase drinks at your theater's. Horrible choice for upgrade, stick to dispensers with individual drink pour spouts.

The new look is great. The minimal seating and viewers aspect ratios is on point. Sound is top notch.
