Love the new seating arrangement. The stadium seating prevents proples head obstructing your view. The lobby area looks clean and the tables a place to sit while waitingfor friends are nice. The popcorn machines make it easy to fill, plus saves time. Do not have to worry about a person filling your order! Restrooms are clean, noticed you have the Dyson hand dryers. Less paper mess. Plus you just repaved the parking lot, can see the lines when parking. Great upgrades to the theater. Have been going to Northwest theater for the past THIRTY YEARS!

Overall we were satisfied. If I could change anything I wish it wasnt so cold and already
The recliners are not so comfortable anymore
And maybe if the employees were friendlier.
