Quick and easy; even at concessionsz

I love Santikos and I will always come back ! But on my last visit to this location the usher did not allow to bring in my own bottled water and he kept stating that I could buy the bottled water at this location, as far as my understanding is there’s water fountains in location so guests can get water I was really disappointed in this . I wanted to check why If I bring my own container and water is free was this enforced to make me throw my water.

I love that I can fill up my own popcorn so I have the right amount of butter throughout the whole popcorn tub. I also love the seats and the freestyle machines.

The theater is realy clean the seats are are recliner chairs. Very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly , I also like the fact that they have a self serve drinks and popcorn that itself helps not to be in line forever to get your food
Over all I love it !

Me and my boyfriend love watching movies at this theater because everyone is very friendly and we never have any trouble with anything there.

I've been going there for years it's my favorite theater in San Antonio Texas.

I really like the remodeled theater and the serve yourself popcorn and soda machines that save so much time in getting your refreshments. I love the reclining seats and the very friendly and helpful staff. The prices at Northwest are better than other theaters. It’s great that Santikos gives back so much to the Community. The only recent issue was that I couldn’t order my tickets online because the website would not allow me to pick the number of tickets I wanted to buy. Also, I was told by a friend that the website picks your seats and you have to mark the picked seats and then pick your own. But, she didn’t find this out until she had tried to figure out how to change the seats and couldn’t, and then she had to find the number to call and talk to someone about it. The lady who answered said that the seats were automatically assigned and then explained how to change the seats. We think that the seats should not be automatically assigned because about 80% of the time, people want to pick their own seats to begin with. Otherwise, I love the Northwest and Bijou theaters.
