What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The staff is exceptionally friendly. Your recliner seats are more comfortable for some reason. They are a little higher than Paladium and are easier to get out of since I have a little disability. They also don't have staff chomping at the bit to get it cleaned while the credits are still running. I like to watch the credits and a lot of movies have little tag scenes that are funny and I don't like feeling rushed to get out of the theater. It's also nice to have a budget price for earlier shows -- you can afford a movie and a drink or popcorn. Paladium is much closer to me but I like Northwest even though the drive adds another 10 miles.

I was able to quickly change my seats to handicapped seats with no issue after my father was not able to step up to the next row. The attendant was very nice and professional in updating my seats. Thanks Santikos!
