I always enjoy the cleanliness of the lobby, theaters, and also the lounging area that was added to Northwest. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I look forward to enjoying movies at Santikos Northwest for many years to come.

I always go to Santiko theaters.I recently switched from traveling from The Mayn to Northwest.

I was there Saturday night to see the 7:50 pm showing of Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark and there was a group of young boys running in and out of the theater.They were sitting in the front rows on the floor; they kept running in and out laughing and they would run up the stairs; im guessing a bet from each other. It was a bit distracting; there were even other people on the theater asking them to be quiet.

Other then that it was a good experience.

The theaters are neat.is very close where I live. everybody is real friendly ! .the only thing that I don't like if I have to point something bad ... Is the are of the self-service sodas is a little bit messy! But everything else is really good
