The staff are great, food is always good (love the text when your food is ready). We are happy we can purchase alcohol if we want.

The staff were nice and polite. I liked the self serve popcorn and the new seats!!!! The sitting area with living room style couches and chairs was also a nice touch!

I enjoy coming to this theatre. It is easy to get in and out of and there is plenty of parking. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I've been a Santikos patron since I was 12. Im now 49 with three daughters. Always a great time with fantastic employees.
Now with the profits going back to the community, I will not dream of giving any other chain my patronage

Like the new renovations to Northwest 14. Comfortable recliner chairs and do it yourself,self serve popcorn machine dispenser. And the new freestyle fountains. Very satisfied.

Quick service at concession stand, very friendly staff. Movie was very good, we were close to the front bur not super loud which is a change. very good experience

I like the new renovated theater. I do think the restrooms need more attention. Each time I went the restrooms were extremely dirty.

I love the location of this theater, the staff if very friendly, theaters are roomy and comfortable and on the one occasion that we had a problem, the manager was quick to get information and compensate us for the trouble.
