I've been a Santikos patron since I was 12. Im now 49 with three daughters. Always a great time with fantastic employees.
Now with the profits going back to the community, I will not dream of giving any other chain my patronage

I've always liked it but now it's has been renovated which means it's nicer but prices have gone up

Like the new renovations to Northwest 14. Comfortable recliner chairs and do it yourself,self serve popcorn machine dispenser. And the new freestyle fountains. Very satisfied.

I love the seating. The lobby A/C was out so it was very hot but the theater was cool.

Quick service at concession stand, very friendly staff. Movie was very good, we were close to the front bur not super loud which is a change. very good experience

I like the new renovated theater. I do think the restrooms need more attention. Each time I went the restrooms were extremely dirty.

I love the location of this theater, the staff if very friendly, theaters are roomy and comfortable and on the one occasion that we had a problem, the manager was quick to get information and compensate us for the trouble.

I Been Going to This Location Since a Little Kid,my Father Use to Take Me and Now I Take My Daughter.I Was Glad to See The Renovations Ya'll Did Plus My Daughter LOVES The New Seating.We use to have to drive all the way to Huebner AMC Just So My Daughter could enjoy recliner seats.We Are Both Glad Ya'll Updated the Theater....I Took Her June 18th about a month ago,The reason Im Messaging ya'll is because I was just looking at you website and I JUST Noticed it said FREE WI_FI For All at All Theaters????I Know it's been a month since we last went but seing this bothered me because When We Went,I Happen to notice on my Phone that In wi-fi my phone picked up "Northwest wi-fi" this got me AND my daughter eexcited since I don't belive ya'll had Wi-Fi at this theater Before.If ya'll did We Never Knew About it.Either way we noticed the Wi-Fi and my daughter was excited to Hook up to it on her phone,I went and asked a worker if They Had the Password To Use the Wi-Fi(Both the wi-fi's were locked)…..SHe then told Me "Sorry It's ONLY For Our Managers?I was bummed but My Daughter WAS REALLY DISAPOINTED.Hey what Can You Do Not everywhere has Free Wi-Fi ight?But Then To See ON YOUR SITE That EVERY THEATER DOES Offer Free Wi-Fi,We'll it Really Upset Me,Why Would The Employee Lie and Tell Me It Was ONLY For Management?
