I like the rewards program and have been a loyal customer for several years. There are several theaters close to me but I go out of my way to see movies at Northwest.

Always great service, friendly staff. I even bring my summer camp there during the summer and they are able to service us and about 150 campers as well.

I liked the setup of the theater, especially the curved screens. The recliner seats aren't bad, but they're not very plus size friendly. The tray connected to the seat makes it difficult to get into the seat because it only goes out to the side so far. Hopefully this can be fixed.
