The only problem I am currently having is purchasing my tickets online while I am logged into my member rewards. The system is currently not working and we are required to take our tickets to the concessions and have them manually input the purchase.

I havent been to northwest theater, but loved it from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. Serve your self popcorn wish everyone did that. I loved it so much I was going to go watch another movie that night but I had to go work the next day. I will go back and Santikos northwest theater will be the only one I go to now.

Everything! So nice and peaceful! Prices are lower than other theatres, plus I've gone to Northwest theatre for years, so it's very nostalgic!

We went to Northwest and to Bijou. The new look is nice, as are the seats. I liked the old Bijou waiting area better with the small cafe tables. It could fit more people. The Bijou menu needs to add items. We miss their pizzas ! For years we would order their pizza. The flatbread isn’t good. It all slides off in the dark. Ery hard to eat. The spinach dip is good. Northwest has nice chairs.

I love the upgrade
Especially the self serve stand!!!
I was having issues with the online buying tickets under my user name. So had to do it as guest and had to redeem my points at guest services at the movie theaters.

This movie theater was revitalized! I liked the fact that Santikos, in general, is continually trying to improve. I enjoyed the employees kind demeanor even at a late night showing. What made this even better is the self-serving popcorn that looks something out of a sci-fi movie. Everything has been automated, and it runs smoothly - the best part is that Santikos takes care of its​ movie theaters. I have never been to any Santikos theater that didn't have a clean floor, clean machines, fully stocked, and happy faces.
