I enjoy the friendly people. The new popcorn machine, were you could serve yourself. The new seats are very comfortable as well.

I actually am not a big movies fan therefore i do not go to theaters but i do love the way santikos theater runs..although today's visit was terrible someone took our seats i didn't want to have problems and cause a scene in front of other customers and unfortunately me and family had to sit separately from each other some of us couldn't get popcorn or drink because we were far away from each other the movie was good and all but not the way we planned it to be

Ticket prices, renovations including seating, popcorn dispenser and high quality picture / sound. Northwest location has always been and continues to be a great value despite the slight ticket price increase which was expected.
