I like the new lobby it is very retro. I like the self serve popcorn. I love the reclining seats wit the convenient table. Overall it was a great update to a fantastic theatre.

The staff at Santikos Northwest are always so nice and the Popcorn is Great!!!

The folks that work there Always take the time to make popcorn with no salt for my hubby and I!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Very nice renovated theater. I do miss the first come first serve open seating, but the the new comfy recliners are hard to beat. I do wish the recliners where a little bigger and there was a little more space between seats like other brand theaters where the middle arm rest is larger which allows more space between seats. But overall nice renovations done.
Oh and you might need to upgrade your outside ticket dispensing machines. First of all they look like they are 30 years old next to brand new monitors and the tickets get stuck inside and we have to dig in there to get our tickets out.

The friendly staff, ticketing self service, popcorn and drink self servicing. Most of all the new seating. Amazing experience. We always loved coming to this location cause it’s less crowded and the newly renovated upgrades makes it that much better. Ty.

We enjoyed the upgraded recliner seats, the clean feel and new layout of the area. We also liked the new popcorn and drink station. We will be back!

Seats Are comfy and the self service drinks and popcorn. Makes everything go smooth. Having a bar area is a plus. Now I don’t have to drive out of my way to have a good experience at the movies. It’s in my neighborhood and that’s a plus !!!

I like the new look and theater chairs. The Northwest is so much closer to our house but we didn't like that it hadn't been updated but now that it has been updated it will be our theater choice.
