I love the new recliner chairs!!! I also like that you can pick your seats. The self serve popcorn and soda are great too so that we don’t have to wait on someone if we want a refill or if we only want a little/lot of ice

Our family has always loved Northwest Theater. It is leaps and bounds so much better than The Palladium, which is too cold and uncaring place where the customer is just seen and treated like an open wallet for the theater to dig into.

I loved the new seats and the prices are great. Not too expensive like some other theaters. My kids LOVE the new refill station as well. Its great!!

We’ve always enjoyed going to Santikos even before the upgrades.

My only dislike is the App. I was trying to purchase 3 of 4 available seats and could not purchase through the app. I kept getting a message about not being able to leave one seat in between. I had to purchase from inside the theater.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The new remodel had the place looking top top, and I loved the tables trays attached to the seats.
