I like the new chairs and that you can now buy your tickets/seats ahead of time like all the other theaters. Popcorn is always fresh.

I recently went to the Santikos Northwest after a substantial long absence of over 10 years. I was a little apprehensive to go because i remember the theater was in a downhill sense of neglect . I was and still am very happy to see that it is again a beautiful pice of art. It is an asset to the community and very happy that Santikos did not give up. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to our needs. Everything about it is Outstanding! My favorite is the Popcorn Dispenser. Wow! I hope you follow up and do this to the other theaters. I will make The Northwest my new home. Again ... Thank you.

New seating was amazing. Now we can go to the movies day or night and not worry about people kicking our chairs from behind! I also loved the self serve popcorn and the new Bar area for adult Beverages!

I liked the fact that there was an employee available outside to help me get tickets, because I am older and not very tech savvy. I also like the ability to get my own popcorn and soda.
