I enjoy the this theater because it’s not as busy as the palladium or embassy. Staff is always nice and the reclining seats are great.

What a beautiful awesome change. The seats are wonderful! Reclining and they have a tray to put your food on. Plus cup holder. The isle is spacious so people can pass by. They have a wonderful new popcorn dispenser. They staff was super friendly and allowing special needs people work make this Santinko's location even more fantastic. Plus it's a diamond in the ruff. Not packed and clean. Will definitely be back!🤗😀😎

I loved the recliner seats.
I didn’t like that there were no customer service outside like before. How will the elderly know about the touch screen update? Like my parents.

I recently visited Santikos Northwest and was absolutely amazed at the new renovations. Let me just say that I typically visit Northwest theater at least once a week and I will be looking forward to many more years of enjoying movies there. Everything from the new recliners, new screens/sound systems, new carpeting, lcd menus at the concessions, to the new self-serve popcorn and drink stations, everything was incredibly well-done.

Love the new seats, the upgrades. Do not like reserve seating though. Makes it difficult to find seating all together with your family. We spent more time trying to find seats next to each other than waiting in line to pay. Not cool

I enjoyed the new reclining chair and the theater looks much nicer with the new concessions stand and the coke freestyles. I can't wait to see how it's gonna look once it's complete!
