Santikos employees are always friendly and courteous esp. at NW 14 Theatres. I've only encountered one employee there, an older gentleman, who was a bit rude & seemed rushed even though there wasn't a lot of people. But everyone has a bad day. All in all, kelp up the great work!

Santikos Northwest 14 has given me a lot of fond great memories for myself, loved ones and family. It's an institution and I always love how intimate and nice it is. The popcorn is fresh and hot and the place is clean. Northwest 14 is a great classic theatre.

The manager Joel was very kind and made our experience a great one. It's not easy having 3 kids to manage, but he was patient and even cracked a couple jokes . Anyone who has kids knows how stressful it can be and his humor and kind spirit were a fresh of breath air. Thank you

Friendly clerks, good customer service.
Love the fresh made popcorn with butter, And my choice of drinks... Theaters are always clean And seats are comfortable.Clean restrooms always the case at my two favorite theaters NW14 and Palladium!

The N W 14 santiko is my favorite Theater togo to, I have been invited to so many other movie theaters , they may be nice but I wouldn't change it For my favorite one . I'm excited of all the new changes that are coming. I will be telling everyone I know. Thanks, Jesse Garza JR.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love the rewards program and now when you sign up you just use your phone number I think that’s very convenient so you don’t have to always bring your card. I also liked you sign up there is a cost but you recieve some perks as in a free large popcorn. I love that there is a way to get drink refills so you don’t have to wait in line during the middle of a movie. And I also appreciate the booster seats that are available right outside the door of the theatre so my little one can enjoy the movie as well.
