I love the rewards program and now when you sign up you just use your phone number I think that’s very convenient so you don’t have to always bring your card. I also liked you sign up there is a cost but you recieve some perks as in a free large popcorn. I love that there is a way to get drink refills so you don’t have to wait in line during the middle of a movie. And I also appreciate the booster seats that are available right outside the door of the theatre so my little one can enjoy the movie as well.

The food and the staff is friendly

Bijou is a lovely theater; however, the food is terrible. Much improvement is needed, as the prices are high but the quality of the food is poor.

I like the smaller atmosphere with a big feel. What I mean is you don't feel cramped in the space, but it doesn'tI make you overwhelmed either like bigger theaters. I like the special pricing between 4-6. Its clean. It's like a "hidden gem" in the big city.

The theater is very clean, the people are professional and the price is reasonable.

I love the affordable prices on everything! Not only do they have all the favorite snacks but they offer tab beer as well!

Your ticket prices and extravaganza price make it possible for me and my friends to go to movies every week. Please don’t ruin this by being greedy and upping your prices. We don’t need recliner seats. We like the theatre and staff the way they are. You have all those other theaters to sell expensive seats. Please leave one for those of us that are elderly and in fixed incomes.

Always a family friendly theater. I have a had a few bad experiences but nothing major.

I love Northwest! It's what I like to call, "the old person" theatre. The prices are great, the staff are friendly, and its a lot less crowded than most Santikos.

I usually feel at home santikos. Lower price than some other theaters.

Small, and not super busy. relaxing and the food was really good.

I love goin there with my kids. But today i did not get my rewards from the concession. Whar do i do to get it
