All employees are very nice and we can get our own butter and our own drinks and it happens to be our favorite theater. We go every week every Saturday or Sunday so I love my Santikos

Outstanding customer service...two big wins in last two visits. Truly could not find enough time to say ALL OF THE GREAT THINGS I want to say. AWESOME PRICING, clean theater, amazingly caring staff, BIG theaters, and LOVE management...management has been proactive and customer service heroes again and again. San Antonio's Best Kept Theater secret...these guys at THIS SPECIFIC Santikos theater ROCK!

We are frequent Northwest customers. We like it there but this time, I didn't like the fact that I had to complained about my popcorn. Half the tray (Kid's pak) was filled with the leftovers little pieces. I didn't want to go back to the snack bar because I would miss part of the movie. On our way out, I complained at the service desk. As I was waiting for my husband, I kept my eye on her on the lady I talked to. She didn't talk to anyone about it so I went and asked her if she was a manager cause she just ignored my complaint. Then a man that had walked passed by me, ignoring me, says that he's the manager and he had heard what I was saying but did nothing. It may be nothing to them but I paid for my popcorn. All I asked was to go talk to the people at the snack bar about it. No one did. Then a young man hands me a voucher to shut me up. I don't want freebies, I want what I pay for. I will continue to go to your theaters but not to the snack bar.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I was very disappointed last night.
Horrible experience..I'm a movie goer every fri.or Sat in there watching the newest movies...made a complain and I still saw no one go up to the crowd of 20 people or more being loud and their kids running up and down the aisle..brought it up AGAIN to an employee and still nothing.
I did not enjoy my movie at all..
