I was very disappointed last night.
Horrible experience..I'm a movie goer every fri.or Sat in there watching the newest movies...made a complain and I still saw no one go up to the crowd of 20 people or more being loud and their kids running up and down the aisle..brought it up AGAIN to an employee and still nothing.
I did not enjoy my movie at all..

I was born and raised in San Antonio, TX and still live here. Santikos Theaters are always my first choice for movies. I love the theaters and friendly staff. I'm a rewards member and enjoy all the benefits offered. Ticket prices are comparable or better than other theaters in San Antonio...particularly matinee ticket prices. I also appreciate that my money helps Santikos give back to the community. My family and I are regular customers at Northwest 14 Theater and I just enjoy the feel and familiarity of this location. I like that it's not too big but still offers great service to guests.

Price, showtimes, cleanliness of theater, concessions and staff were all very good! It’s my location of choice unless movie choice is not offered there.
Very clean in the theatre and restrooms
My husband and I like going to this location either to take our kids to the movies or for us two to go by ourselves. We like the $5 price between 4pm and 6pm. We also like the fact that we have our rewards card which we love it because we have had free popcorn several times now. The place is clean and must of the stuff is very friendly. We have been going to this location for the past 4 years and we will continue to go. Thank you

I have always enjoyed watching movies at this theater and hope that maybe some time in the future that the seats get upgraded. I love the fact the theater is small and in a good area to get to no traffic. Love the staff and the entire experience at Northwest
We are frequent Northwest customers. We like it there but this time, I didn't like the fact that I had to complained about my popcorn. Half the tray (Kid's pak) was filled with the leftovers little pieces. I didn't want to go back to the snack bar because I would miss part of the movie. On our way out, I complained at the service desk. As I was waiting for my husband, I kept my eye on her on the lady I talked to. She didn't talk to anyone about it so I went and asked her if she was a manager cause she just ignored my complaint. Then a man that had walked passed by me, ignoring me, says that he's the manager and he had heard what I was saying but did nothing. It may be nothing to them but I paid for my popcorn. All I asked was to go talk to the people at the snack bar about it. No one did. Then a young man hands me a voucher to shut me up. I don't want freebies, I want what I pay for. I will continue to go to your theaters but not to the snack bar.
