Santikos is always a great place to watch movies, I must say I’m overly excited with the new renovations going on at Northwest I cant wait to see them and all though Other Santikos theaters are reasonably priced we always pick Northwest cause it’s more affordable for us lower middle class people. I’m afraid with all the renovations prices are gonna get hiked up but I understand why. None the less we will still make room in our budget to see a movie there at Northwest. It’s a great place to be.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

This has been my theater of choice for more than 15 years or more. I am excited that it is going thru an upgrade and i know it is going to be awsome. Great place to enjoy a movie and the associates are outstanding.

Even though this a small theater it is our go to spot for movies. I am glad they are finally giving it a much needed makeover and look forward to many more years at NW14.

Good seats, good accoustics, courteous staff. I've had no problems. Santiko's movies are part of my weekend routine.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

On September 23, 2018 at approximately 2:35 pm I waited in line at the box office behind a woman. The woman asked the box office employee if a movie was showing to which the employee respectfully answered the movie was not showing. The woman became irate, yelled and used foul language (such as “f*cking and sh*t) towards the employee. The irate woman then left the location without purchasing a ticket. Yet the employee remained calm and courteous. When it became my turn to purchase a ticket, the employee was equally courteous to me. As the box office employee, the employee always sets the tone for my entire visit. I did not get the employee’s name but my receipt said “Chanelle”. Please commend this person for her professionalism and courtesy in the face of inappropriate behavior from an irate person. This employee made my experience very comforting.

I prefer to go to see movies earlier in the day before families and teens arrive. It's a nice and quiet environment, comfortable and cozy enough to be able to get in and out.
