I've been a loyal northwest 14 patron since before the old annex closed. I hope the annex gets renovated and becomes something wonderful. I love the atmosphere and cannot wait to see the finished product!

Love new look. Northwesters closest to where I live. We would travel to Pallidium or Casa Blanca to enjoy new amenities. Now we have it in our back yard.

The remodeling turned out great. They were fully staffed so I didn't have to wait at all to buy my pizza and drink. The person at the counter (I believe her name was Skylar) was very professional and courteous and even made recommendations. She made sure I had everything I needed.The assigned seats are a nice change. I also definitely love the upgraded recliner chairs with the swivel table.

The new design of the theater gives off a comforting and modern appeal. The self-serve popcorn machine and reclining seats were definitively a stand out feature of this newly revonated theater. Very spacious, clear sound from the speakers, and ample number of seats per theater room. Will definitely visit again.

I have been to the Palladium & Casablanca and have never received the kind of service I did at Northwest. The staff was very attentive, super nice, and the manager was out making sure all the customers were not waiting long. They recently remodeled and made sure to let us know about the changes. Northwest has now become my theater of choice and I live about 6 minutes away from Casablanca.

I really enjoyed Santikos NW new look. What a great remodeling job with comfortable seats. I've always enjoyed going to Santikos when it was 14 and now 10. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will continue my patronship there. Thank you Santikos!

The theatre and upgrades are amazing!!!! We are definitely looking forward to coming back! Loved the seating and the self serve popcorn!!!! Makes it so much easier to get refills in the middle of a movie!!!
