BUT I stopped using it professionally because the rent a theater for $100 went away. The new party planning system is way too complicated and my guests don’t get what they want, choices. We always order food, drinks, etc.
Please find a way to bring back renting theaters at a flat rate.

On the day of the event everything was all set up and ready to go which helped us check in our people easily and quickly. And we were asked a couple of different times if there ws anything we needed.
All in all it was a great experience!

The best birthday party we have ever hosted! Santikos Galaxy was 10/10! From the moment we walked in the door, throughout the party, it was stress free and amazing. Our guests have been complimenting (even the day after) how amazing the party was and how the kids AND adults enjoyed themselves! Thank you, Santikos! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Refillable popcorn and cleanliness. Food is good and made properly unlike some of your sister properties. I drive a little further to receive what is expected.

Great theater, always clean and seats recline! I once had an issue with tickets I purchased wrong and the staff was super easy and helped me out.
The app was easy to navigate, the staff are friendly and professional, the reclining seats are dope af... visited twice since moving to alabama and had a blast both times.

Friendly staff. Clean common areas, restrooms and theaters. The bar area and game area looks nice & tidy. I can always count on a smile. I have never had a problem there that was addressed and corrected. I wish they brought back the things to do... several years back, they had reptiles there & my little ones LOVED it. Concessions are hot and tasty. DRINKS GOOD. WE LOVE THE SELF SERVE POPCORN!
