Better ticket buying experience online, more price discount deals. I give it -1 point because the points system is a little confusing and idk how to redeem it if the concessions clerk has no idea what I’m talking about. Overall good tho, employees are always nice
Very clean, friendly staff and overall great experience.
Our family loves it. We go to the Palladium at the Rim and the staff there is friendly and helpful. (The same can be said about the Casa Blanca staff). We go to the Rim because the recliner seats are with every screen but the IMAX and are fantastic. The sound in the large theaters is amazing and it's always very clean. The food is solid too. We bring friends with us all the time and go to the bar. The point system is also Great. We go so often that we always get a food item for free lol Plus, I love that the money go back into the community. It feels good know that.
I love the new reserve a seat feature of y’all’s ticketing system. It came in handy this last time I visited. I ordered ahead and got the best seats in the house (in my opinion). I also hate having people behind me so it worked for that as well. The staff is friendly. Facility looks clean. The bathrooms could use some freshening up. Some of the stall doors don’t have locks or won’t close and a few of the hand dryers look like they aren’t cleaned on a regular basis. The seats are comfortable, but I feel like an upgrade is due. I’m pretty sure they’re the same seats the theater has had for however many years it has been open. The seats with the foldable arm rests are so convenient for bulkier people and give people the option for more space. I would look into those if possible. It might look like a lot of bad feedback because I typed so much, but I really appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the staff as a whole. Just wanted to make a few suggestions to make the experience 100%.
Theaters are always clean and food is excellent. Also, the staff is always friendly. The ticket purchasing is easy online on at theaters.

Quality of projection, sound, cleanliness of the auditorium, the common area, and the restroom, professionalism of staff, the snacks. Suggestions for improvements:Let the water run more, let the water be cool, and include paper towels again.

The entire experience is excellent. Starting with the staff, concessions, and the of course the view of the enormous IMAX screen. There is just no other way to view a movie!
Always love the Cibolo theater. It’s very clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the popcorn is always fresh.
