We love doing events at this location. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The seats are nice and big, the popcorn is always tasty. People that attend our events are always impressed.

The staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile.
Everyone was extremely nice but the only problem was, when we got to our seats the table and seats were extremely dirty with food crums and spilled soda. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but this issue needs work on. Thanks

the bathrooms would be nicer if they were kept clean. Always a pool of water on the counters. A person is unable to keep from getting purse wet or clothing. There is no place to put items while trying to clean hands.
And yes, Santikos is my choice of theatres. Thank You for everything else.
oh it would be nice if there were more retro movies like Alfred Hitchcock or others. New movies send such a dark message, especially for the younger generation. There is a War for their young minds

Our event was great. Food was good, no issues with the equipment, everyone enjoyed it and we hope to be back next year.

The friendly atmosphere
I like that it is less expensive than the other theaters, and that it is less crowded. It's also closer to where I live, and you're able to get your own refills on popcorn. The only issue is that the soft drink machines are a little off and do not taste very good. That is the only thing that keeps me from giving Westlakes a 10.
From the time I entered the building I was very impressed. As I made my way to the counter I was greeted and helped by Jordin she was awesome and even made great suggestions on concessions as well and as we were leaving we bumped into her again and she promptly acknowledged us and asked how our movie was and encouraged us to return again. Very professional and we really appreciated the feeling she gave us thank you all and please give her the acknowledgment she deserves!!!
