They were very nice and helpful. Since I booked the wrong seat, they were allowed me to exchange my tickets. The theather was cleaned and restroom were too. Enjoyed the snacks and the time we was there as well.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The theater is clean. Good movies and times. The family discounts on tickets and food are the only way my family can come. The food is great. Seats are comfy. Family bathroom is so helpful since I have a boy and girl. Love the summer free movies and kid pack. It’s my favorite theater.

Love the theater but my only complaint is that every time o go it is hard to find a soda machine that gives the right mixture. It’s almost always not enough syrup and all soda.

Overall, I love Santikos because of its great popcorn/self serve section!! I certainly would give you a "10" rating if you were to have them at the PALLADIUM AS WELL!! Why don't you????

Also, it would be nice to have ANOTHER SODA MACHINE on the #7 Movie theater side of EMBASSY THEATER! There's only "1" there now with an icee machine. We need another soda machine like on the OTHER side of the theater.

Lastly, we were there to see Mufasa: The Lion King, and theater number 7 was COLD THAT DAY!! You really need to adjust your AC temps so that people can be comfortable while viewing their movie.

I wasn't able to make the showing that I had purchased tickets for due to unforseen circumstances. It's was very easy to communicate the issue and reschedule/refund the tickets to watch at a different time.Good customer service.
