We've been to this theater before their renovations and absolutely love the upgrades they've made. I've brought my family 4 times already in the last couple of months and have enjoyed the reclined seating in the theater, the arcade, and the bowling! I don't know how many bowling alleys have cushioned seating, but this is the first time I've seen it. Also love the bar and the ability to carry my drinks everywhere and have my food delivered to my seat (a small extra charge for this option). There is also the option of them texting when your order is ready and you pick it up from a "to-go" pickup area....super convenient. Last but not least, the place is very clean and atmosphere overall is fantastic. No doubts we'll be back!

I really liked my experience at the Santikos Mayan theater. My family and I were welcomed by Ethan who had great energy and insight into the movie we were going to see. We also enjoyed the fast checkout experience with both our tickets and concessions. Evelyn was very helpful to make the most of our Santikos membership. We will definitely be back again soon.

I really like the seats and the ability to choose and reserve your seats in advance. One thing that I should bring to your attention is the lack of preparedness of the concession stand. I wanted to get two pretzels and the girl behind the counter told me they didn't have any made and that she couldn't make any because there was a line of people behind me. Another girl overheard this and stepped in and told me she would make them for me but that it would take about 5 minutes. I told her that would be fine and thanked her, then stepped aside to wait for them to be made. As I stood there, I overheard the girl at the counter tell the next people in line that she couldn't sell them any hot dogs because they didn't have any made. This seems to be poor planning and execution of the very basic requirements of a concession stand.

Clean, really nice chairs. But, of course, I will complain about the price of the food and drinks. It cost us more on snacks than it did for the tickets. But, we do have the option not to purchase.
