Easy online ticket buying and friendly staff
The AVX experience, the clean restrooms, the friendly staff but definitely not the soda machines: zero flavor at all.

The reception was a little rocky, as the table I requested was not setup (or known about) when we got there, but this was quickly fixed. Also, I had to remind them that I was to receive gift cards. Again, this was rectified quickly. Other than this, the day went over well and we all had a good time.
Reclining seats. However they need to be updated . Dome are not in good shape.

It was quiet, peaceful, clean!
The screens are clean and not damaged. I’m thrilled they are replaying films that are Oscar potentials as right now. The $5 movie Tuesday is the best with discounted drinks and popcorn.
Amstar 12 in Oxford AL is my favorite movie theater.
So easy to see a movie by purchasing tickets online. The recliners are everything and the facility is clean and nice.

My family and I have had the pleasure of repeated visits to the Santikos Mayan location. We absolutely love everything about this experience, from the seating, to self-serve popcorn and drinks. The bathrooms are clean and have plenty of stalls.

Fast entrance very curtieous staff
The theatre was clean and the employees efficient and friendly. I wanted to change my reserved seat and this was done quickly for me. I would definitely go back to The Grand Winston-Salem to see a movie.
My sons and I had a phenomenal experience this trip. I'm looking forward to coming back and experiencing more like bowling and another movie. Thanks to Zachary Rhiger and the Customer service desk representative we felt very welcomed and special.
