I worked at Santikos from 2019 to the when the theaters closed for covid 19. Was a great experience as a project lead, and I saw firsthand how dependent the theater is on having decent front line workers, but how much a good manager can make or break everything. The manager this night was awesome, put guest experience first, and so was the bartender (a female and a manager female at bar kept service fast and friendly. The quality of food and drink is high
Cleanliness, always friendly faces, the spacious theater rooms, the recliners are nice although some that we do get don't work. The variety of menu items, plus being a member gets you huge discounts.

They are very clean both the inside and the outside grounds. I like the idea that Santikos gives back to the community. I wish that all the other Santikos theaters would have "Serve your own popcorn" like the Embassy.

i gave Santikos 10 only because of their philanthropy, but the auditorium that we were in did not have reclining chairs and the tray tables did not move, when you are accustomed to the newer updated seats, its hard to appreciate the standard seats especially when we are paying all that we did for the tickets and all the food we bought
