I love having a margarita while i watch a movie. The self drink and popcorn dispensers are awesome. And I love the reclining chairs. I also appreciated the restrooms on both sides of the theater. Super convenient so i didn't have to miss much screen time. Such a great experience.

Had to cancel movie plans due to illness. When I called the number on my ticket, the girl was very helpful in getting my refund. Only the online surcharge was not refunded. The rest was refunded in just a couple of days.
Palladium is where I always go to see movies. I love being able to pick out seats in advance. I have always had good experiences when there.

This theater is close to us, which saves on gas. It also has seats that go back and forth, therefore is more comfortable.

And the other portion the room we sat in was comfy ..temp was great usually too cold or too warm.. the confession stand did help me out with a lil snack utensil...tx u ma'am
However I didn't like or appreciate that you don't have plates onshore our popcorn I like butter he likes salted butter ....and all they had was a dumb funnel not cool guys plz get better at that .....

I love this place and will come to it from new braunfels tx if the show is playing at a better time. Even though it's 30 mins round trip for me instead of 5 minutes away. That's how much I love the theater. Great food. Great service.
