It honestly was so smooth! From booking to the party time, everything was according to schedule and the manager was extremely helpful. The only thing is that the party room got too hot. But overall, I highly recommend

I absolutely love the customer service provided. The facility is always clean and most importantly I love the point so gain from being a Santinko member!!! Only piece of advice is to maybe have the a.c. On just a little higher. It felt stuffy in there with the amount of people in the auditorium.
My family enjoyed a clean, quality movie and family time together. The manager, Mr Daniel, was very proactive in ensuring that all of our needs were met and that my family enjoyed the experience. We will be back.

The Casa Blanca location feels like the space is big and comfortable. The seats and the bldg gives you a great feeling. I love that you guys have open subtitle options, since i can get the whole dialog and understand the whole movie like that. I wish there were more showings like that.
Only thing is I feel it is a little steep on prices. I wish Santikos would follow AMC or REGAL or drafthouse that have monthly memberships to see as many movies as you want. This way I would surely come in more often and still spend some $$ on groceries for the movie.

Screen 11 where we saw 28 Years Later, there was a loud constant hum lasting several minutes at multiple times throughout the movie. There was also a group of very disruptive young people, who i think had snuck into the theater, talking non-stop and horseplaying and running out and back in to the theater. Someone had to go get some employees to come kick them out, after they had been a nuisance for almost half of the movie. Maybe tighten up security, staff, and preventative measures to ensure everyone is behaving properly so as to not disrupt the entertainment provided. Concessions was also out of several Coke products. Overall an ok experience, but could've been much better.
