Customer service, clean. One thing y'all should look into is kids going into movies they didn't buy tickets for. We went to watch Until Dawn and 2 young girls were walking around, being loud, and we're very disrespectful. You can tell they didn't buy tickets because they walked up the stairs to see if there were empty seats. Ended up sitting on the handicap row, left and came back and sat on the other side of handicap row. Everyone in the theater was telling them to hush! Just something to keep in mind now that it's going to be summer time.

I really love this theatre! Myself in my family goes very frequently.. The only thing I would change for right now is that the seat needs to be reupholstered every so often. Most of them have a lot of wear and tear and I’ve even been a couple times where the recliners didn’t work. Other than that, the staff is really friendly, it’s clean and an overall nice outing!

It is close to my home. There is no problem with traffic and plenty of parking. My grandkids and I enjoy eating food available. Rewards are great too!

My students and I had a great experience at Santikos. They loved the bowling and arcade play. I will take them back next year.

We always have a great experience with booking and the actual visit to santikos when we book field trips. Shannon is amazing at communication and the Mayan Palace was very accommodating to our group.

We saw Thunderbolts last weekend. The manager at night (Jay I think) was SO friendly!!! I always enjoy seeing that he's working because I know it's going to be a good experience with the staff.
Thank you so much for the staff who were there. They were very helpful. Our bus got there a little too early and they let us sit in the dining area. They were clear on all of their instructions and were very friendly! We love coming to the movies for field trips because of all the help a respect your employees show!

When we entered the premises, the manager had everything ready. Students were able to retrieve their drinks and popcorn but also purchase additional concessions. The employees were very helpful and accommodating.
The looks but $6for a bottle water is ridiculous
